La Hacienda in Americus

Love this place. The only thing I want different is new plates and specials. I want then to take a risk and try something new. It gets old after awhile and is a place that has serious repeat customers. I know many of the servers so I like to distract them from actually working but they won't let me. They always have the bombast sweet tea. They always have at least one more booth opened and tons of groups go to this restaurant. Not so much authentic but is more Americanized Mexican food. Is still a good meal. I want them to take a look at the menu and have a little more fun with it. Don't play it safe.

Great food as always. Service was fantastic, prompt, and very courteous. I'll definitely go back again. You should give it a try. I recommend the chimichangas or chicken nachos, and the bar serves a mean margarita.

I've been eating here for years and it is consistently great food. I highly recommend the quesadillas.

This is the only Mexican restaurant I've visited and didn't receive regular nacho chops with my Texas nacho meal. I am something like a picky eater so all the fancy dressing I'm not used to getting like (shredded lettuce, fresh diced tomatoes, sour cream, and avocado) wasn't pleasing to me. All of that wasn't what turned my nose up but the meal didn't have regular chips as to I'm used to having everywhere else.

Good food. The guacamole is very good.

Horrible experience today. The waitress spilled hot cheese dip on my daughter and did not even apologize. Then it took forever to get any refills. When she brought the food out, she tried to hand my youngest a hot plate by waving it at them instead of walking around the table to set it down. I mentioned all this when I went to pay my bill and they seemed totally unconcerned.

TERRIBLE customer service. I understand we’re all experiencing the new “normal,” but doesn’t mean we can be rude. We can cook Mexican at home, but wanted to support our local restaurants... but it won’t be La Hacienda for sure. Not even a smile, it made my family feel like we were in the way, or the hostess had better things to do over showing us to our table. I wish there was a La Parrilla in Americus 😣

I can't remember what my wife ordered but it was good.... nice atmosphere and good food

The perfect place to meet friends for margaritas and a good meal.

Several waitresses were not wearing face masks and bringing food and or coming to your tables asking how our food was. We were very uneasy about that and on our way out informed the manager. It did not seem like a big deal to him. We will not come back.

Food is great.. Drinks/shots are expensive... Service isn't great. Waited 10 min to cash out and had to walk upfront just to pay. Had a fountain drink with a shot and there were "floaters" in my soda...

I love La Ha and have for my whole life- however in the past two weeks, each time we have tried to go dine in (as advertised is available), the door has been locked during business hours AND no one will answer the phone. I really wish we could’ve eaten there today for example but after the same issue we left and ate at another restaurant.

Good and quick service... Chirizo dip was really rich with a touch of spice to it... Fish tacos were nice and crispy... Enjoyable meal..

This is a very great atmosphere for family dinners, group occasions, or just to sit at the bar and,have a social drink with friends. The food here has a very authentic Mexican taste. All the hostess were very friendly and the place was very clean. Deffinetly would recommend to all my friends and family also to anyone who just wants to have great food and a great time.

I found three pieces of paper of what resembled paper in my rice and beans. It was not food! I told the waitress and she never apologized. It’s pretty sad that the people that actually own this place are always so rude!!

Hands down the best Quesadillas I've ever had. Excellent service, clean restroom. I will definitely be back!

Got my order wrongwhen I talk to the server about delivering the wrong order he said it was better to get the one that he sent me because the sour cream would make the hard shellsthe server did not come back to our table to ask if we needed anything or if we even needed something else to drink we also ordered the cheese dip we did not get it until our meal was delivered was just very disappointed in the service we received not usually like this

I'm giving it a three star rating based on the food. The food was Excellent, hot , plentiful and the steak and chicken we're tender ! Our problem was our waiter ! He took our order, gave us our drinks, and disappeared ! We never got refills, napkins, steak knives for our steak ! He reappeared with our ticket, took a seat up front, played on his phone and proceeded to our table as soon as we had paid...needless to say he was disappointed in the tip just as we were with the service.

Food is always fresh and to us within minutes. Big portions too. The only thing is I wish they offered a milder salsa for those who Cannot eat peppers.
